We are seeking a talented, unique and highly motivated individual who is looking for a great opportunity to work and grow as a leader in our Sales Department, overseeing our Managed Print Services sales efforts.

The role involves minimal out-of-town travel, and the MPS Specialist would work from our office at the intersection of Lenexa, Olathe, and Overland Park, Kansas. imageQUEST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling our Managed Print Services Program to current and new customers.
  • Will work with the Solution Specialists to generate leads and grow the equipment business for the rep in the account.
  • Will assist customer by analyzing and evaluating their printing requirements and costs
  • Will propose a maintenance/service agreement that will meet the customer needs.
  • Will ensure monthly quota is met for the assigned territory.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by following through to completion on any issues uncovered in the customer's account.
  • Will lead the MPS program within imageQUEST to include training, forecasting and other duties necessary to achieve the common goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the office products or similar industry is an important plus, but not required.
  • Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills required.
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required.
  • Strong negotiation skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines, and use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Computer Skills required
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
