We are seeking a hard-working and organized person to be a key part of our growing team.  Our warehouse manager will be involved with all imageQUEST inventory movement -- inbound and outbound -- between vendors, customers, and all of our iQ locations throughout Kansas and Missouri.  We are looking for someone with technical ability, organizational skills, and comfort with technology.  Experience in cost management, accounting, or profit-and-loss would be helpful but is not required.

Manage imageQUEST inventory movement inbound and outbound between vendor, customer, other iQ locations, and otherwise as needed. Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained on Parts, Equipment and Supplies. Work closely with Sales, Service, and Administration to ensure smooth warehouse and inventory processes are maintained and constantly improved. Manage and train warehouse and parts personnel. Commitment to providing information, suggestions, support and most importantly customer satisfaction.


  • Unload inbound shipments.
  • Verifies quantities of inbound shipments in a timely manner and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Picks product from shelves accurately and prepares for shipment based on customer and branch location orders.
  • Stock shelves with replenishment orders.  Assign to bin locations in E-Auto and creating Equipment "Birth Certificates" and barcode labels.
  • Rotate stock and bin locations ensuring aged inventory is used first.  Accurately documents this in E-Auto.
  • Maintain accuracy of product bin locations in E-Auto to ensure correct placement and recovery from shelves, including inventory transfers.
  • Help others and on other tasks while in warehouse.
  • Keep warehouse clean, safe and presentable to customers


  • Two or more years managerial experience (preferred)
  • Strong technical ability
  • Strong analytic process
  • Very Organized, able to multitask
  • Strong computer background (Excel, Monarch etc)
  • High School Diploma or GED
