Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing on a daily basis:

  • Generating New B2B Connections w/ assigned territory:

70% net new business through cold calls, AI intelligence, Social Media, Emails, Gatekeeper connections, strategic drop-ins.

  • Account Management: This is 30% of your role, managing current customers. Maintenance of account, contract renewal and upselling additional services/product
  • Selling our hardware and software by either doing a trial at the client's site, or by inviting them to our office for a demo, tour, and overview about what we are capable of.
  • Tracking all sales w/ CRM. 

Additional Role Considerations: 

  • You must be able to handle rejections and overcome them through creative tactics
  • This is a sales role and understand that great commissions are dependent on your work
  • You are proficient with technology. We are a technology company. You must have a passion for, and a working understanding of, Microsoft Office, every app on your smartphone,
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Experience with an online CRM
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Passion to educate and sell

Qualifications:

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Experience: Typically requires 3+ years direct work experience
  • Supervisory: No
  • Even Better If You Have:
  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of outcome-based selling and how to leverage relevant tools to improve sales.
  • Proven track record in consultative or outcome-based selling.
  • The ability to cultivate new complex relationships and new business opportunities.
  • Outstanding knowledge/understanding of the customer's environment as it relates to their specific sector.
  • Being able to identify sector trends and drivers, understand key applications that solve business problems in a sector, and deliver solutions that meet customers' specific needs/requirements.
